Agent7 will prepare everything and coordinate with the Property Admin and contractors (including delivery assistance) as well for your convenience. This excludes the security bond & fees required by Admin.

This for Cebu City area only. Agent7 will pay your Real Property Tax on your behalf. Owner to provide the necessary documents (CCT copy, Tax declaration No.)  and deposit the tax amount to be paid to Agent7's bank account (to be provided in the email confirmation).

Purchase of Furnitures & Appliances

Agent7 will pay your bills on your behalf. This is for payments that can be done via online facility only (ie. bank transfer, Gcash, etc.).

This for service OUTSIDE Cebu City area. Agent7 will pay your Real Property Tax on your behalf. Owner to provide the necessary documents (CCT copy, Tax declaration No.) and deposit the tax amount to be paid to Agent7's bank account (to be provided in the email confirmation).

Grease Trap Cleaning A

Agent7 will prepare the tenancy contract and have it notarized. This includes the Lawyer fees and we will give the notarized contract to you and the tenant (copy)..

Notarial Service

Interior design and Installation of appliances, furnitures, fittings, decors, etc. This excludes cost of furnishings, furnitures and appliances. Email Agent7 via Agent7corp@gmail.com or Via Contact Us of this website the list of fittings to be installed and purchased. Agent7 will provide a quotation of all items requested by the client. Once approved by the client, client will book this service, input the Other amounts aside from the service fee such as delivery costs, installation costs, cost of goods, etc. based on the quotation. Agent7 will purchase the items and coordinate deliveries and contractors.

Unit Fitout

Online marketing service only. Agent7 will post your unit or products in social media and different marketing platforms. Client to provide Agent7 all item details, info. and photos (not copied elsewhere to prevent copyright issues) of the unit/product for sale or rent. This will be waived and refunded if tenancy booked is 5 months and above.

Marketing

Agent7 will buy pantry supplies for your rental property. You would need to provide an additional amount in the payment screen for the cost of goods on top of the service price, and the list of goods in the Message box.

Purchase of pantry supplies

Unit Turn Over and Bank Loan Signing and Opening of Bank Account. Agent7 will represent you during Unit TurnOver - attend orientation, conduct unit inspection and receive the unit on your behalf. You would need to provide an SPA to the developer with Agent7 staff as your Atty.-In-Fact. Agent7 will contact you for further instructions once booking is confirmed. 

Unit Turn Over & Bank Loan Signing

This is for simple repairs such as minor plumbing or fixtures in the property. Cost of Materials is not included in the service fee and will be billed separately after the service is completed.

Agent7 will assist check-out of your tenants including the preparation of check-out requirements and submission to property admin.

Test Service

Agent7 will apply for your water connection. You would need to provide an SPA to Agent7 or book a Notarial Service if you need Agent7 to prepare your SPA.
